    Esther’s Attic operates a monthly subscription box service.

    • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless paused or cancelled by you.

    • Payment for subscriptions is taken on the 15th of each month.

    • Subscription boxes are dispatched on the 2nd of each month.

    By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this billing and shipping schedule.

    3. Payments & Billing

    All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

    Payment is taken automatically on the 15th of each month using the payment method provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up to date.

    If payment fails, we reserve the right to pause or cancel your subscription until payment is successfully processed.

    4. Cancellations & Pausing

    You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the 15th of the month.

    • Cancellations made before the 15th will apply to the upcoming box.

    • Cancellations made after the 15th will apply to the following month’s box.

    Once payment has been taken and preparation has begun, that month’s box cannot be cancelled.

    5. Shipping & Delivery

    We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

    • All subscription boxes are dispatched on the 2nd of each month.

    • Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days, depending on location.

    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

    Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

    6. Returns & Refunds

    Due to the nature of subscription boxes and the care taken in preparing each order:

    • Subscription boxes are non-returnable once dispatched.

    • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
